Our UK shipping starts at £2.50 but will vary depending on the weight of your order. We can also ship internationally, prices can vary depending on your location. International shipping starts at £3.80, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you would like a quote for shipping costs.

Store inside a container in a cool, dark place for best results and double check that the storage area is still cool enough during hot weather periods. When stored properly, wax melts can be used 12+ months down the line.

There are a few ways to remove old wax from your burner. Pop a tea light/turn on your burner, wait around 30-60 seconds and gently press the edge of the wax melt and it will usually pop out. Don’t press too hard. OR if you get distracted and suddenly your wax is fully melted, get hold of some cotton wool pads and let it soak up the wax! Do Not pour melted wax down the drain or toilet.

It is hard to give an exact time scale on how long they will last, each wax melt can differ from each scent and what type of burner you are using whether it’s a tea light burner or an electric burner. Tea light burner tend to get hotter therefore the scent throw will be stronger then an electric burner. We only give approximate time for how long they last as we haven’t tested every burner in the market with our wax melts.

Our standard shipping format is Royal Mail 2nd Class, we are currently dispatching orders within 1 working day which allows orders to be delivered between 2-4 working days.

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
