Open the day and push from underneath the wax melt box, and the wax melt will pop out.
Soy wax melts can sometimes have "frosting" or "blooming" appear due to its natural properties. This does not affect their use in any way and will not affect their scent during use. They will still give you a perfect burn and scent throw.
Our soy melts are made from natural soy wax and they do not evaporate
